  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified in advance.

  • We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Standard delivery timelines: 5–7 business days for domestic orders; 10–15 business days for international orders.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier rates.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders above a specified value.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please record a video of the box and product while unboxing and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
